A new gym decided to launch a new product in the health and wellness market. Despite the joint efforts, the strategies of the parent brand could not be the same to compete in such a heated and competitive market. Check out the full case below, presented for the brand's official competition.

The time to think about the future is now

The Flynow gym chain was growing. One of its biggest differentials? The offer of supplements for students to use before and after training.

That's how the opportunity was born: to transform the gym's biggest differential into a market product.

"We wanted students to be able to take supplements home and also sell them in any supplement market."

Two markets. Two strategies

With the objective of conquering the wellness market and growing the gym chain, we established a strategy that would value the product in any daily situation.

We suggested the name of the supplement line from "Flynow" to "Flypower", seeking an individual and complementary brand strength.

We created an authentic visual identity, with inviting colors little explored in the sector.

We defined expressions for each product category and a strong and unified promise concept.

Making it clear that the client is ready to face their challenges and achieve their goals, in parallel with the concepts of: "bora", bringing the idea of "going together", and "pra cima" (up), reinforcing "fly".
