One of Brazil's largest retail chains, Cobasi is a benchmark in products, services, and solutions for pets and their families. With a national presence and a strong ecosystem that combines physical stores, e-commerce, and an app, Cobasi connects daily with millions of passionate pet owners.

At Ouzzi, Cobasi brought the challenge of strengthening the emotional bond with this audience, increasing brand visibility among micro and nano influencers, and encouraging the creation of spontaneous content (UGC). This led to the birth of the “It’s got style, it’s got love, it’s got Cobasi” campaign, which expanded the brand's digital presence and consolidated its position as a partner for those who love and care for pets.

The pet market in Brazil is booming, with pet owners who are increasingly demanding and emotionally connected to their animals. In parallel, the digital environment values authentic influencers who generate real identification with their communities.

In this scenario, Ouzzi identified the opportunity to strengthen Cobasi's presence and expand its organic reach with an affectionate, creative, and highly shareable campaign.

Ouzzi's planning and creative team structured the entire campaign: concept, slogan, visual identity, and execution strategy, launching the campaign with a total focus on the bond between pet, owner, and Cobasi.

We developed a special Press Kit, with an exclusive outfit from the new winter collection, a pet treat, and wet food, as well as custom buttons. We sent it to carefully selected micro and nano influencers to encourage organic and spontaneous content, and to major influencers in paid partnerships to boost reach.

Everything was visually designed to portray the Cobasi universe, reinforcing proximity, care, and style in every detail.

The campaign's slogan was “It’s got style, it’s got love, it’s got Cobasi”, which simply and affectionately translated everything the brand wanted to communicate: style in the little outfits and accessories, love in the walks, and care for the pet.

Organic Front

Organic: we invited micro and nano influencers to spontaneously share the gift they received and spread the Cobasi love and style in their daily lives with their pets.

It was exciting to see the impact of this campaign: owners and pets from all over Brazil affectionately sharing their moments together, with stylish outfits and a lot of love. Cobasi became a part of so many families' routines, reinforcing its role as a partner in pet care, making this project even more special.

Ouzzi is proud to have developed and executed a campaign that strengthened Cobasi's positioning as a close, caring, and connected brand in the pet universe. Through a creative and well-structured strategy, we managed to engage influencers and consumers authentically and emotionally, expanding the brand's digital presence and consolidating Cobasi as a benchmark in care, style, and experience in the pet segment.
