Elis is a French multinational company, a global leader in the textile sector, and is present in 18 Brazilian states with more than 5,000 active clients in Brazil alone.
In 2019, the brand approached Ouzzi with the challenge of rethinking its communication strategies, which at that time did not reflect its quality and grandeur.
Challenges are opportunities
The beginning of this partnership coincided with an important event: the COVID-19 pandemic. However, Ouzzi's bet was that this would be the ideal time for Elis to commit to textile management in the hospital area, which is one of the company's main focuses.
Spontaneous media
Our first project with the brand was a campaign for a waterproof apron that, in addition to providing protection, significantly reduces the number of environmental disposals. The result was a success, generating spontaneous media coverage, with articles published in various outlets, and potential customers through qualified leads.
Brand change
We advocated to the brand's French headquarters a strategic interest: to adapt the tone of voice, key visual, photography, and other materials to the stakeholders of the Brazilian market. The result was a more Brazilian brand that still remains Elis.
Digital presence
With the strategy of aligning with the reality of Brazil, we created a new visual and verbal language, as well as editorial content that highlights solutions for hospitals, industries, hotels, and retail.
Trust: the result of good work
The initial project was to upgrade the brand's social media, however, with the success of the partnership, new demands arose, such as institutional and commercial campaigns, materials for external and internal events (fairs, sales conventions, etc.), and support for various business units of the multinational.
